CLASS

# physical exploration

This week the Profitraining is collaborating with the Artistic Development Program. The morning Training will be lead by Matan Zamir. The Artistic Development Program invites the dance community of Freiburg to join. It will take place in SÜDUFER from 9:30 – 11:00

In the class, I will share my artistic practice which is devoted to a deep physical exploration. We will investigate the borders between knowing and not knowing, states of awareness, abstraction and intention, stillness and physical qualities to expand the way we perceive our body and its endlessness possibilities. An intimate group journey in which we enhance our inner dialogue to be sensitive and intuitive by deepening our sense of presence, and stimulating our sensorial capacities to expand our unique ways of expression.
