#push, pull, spirall
In this class we will access the moving body by diving into an anatomical understanding. We will work on the basic principles of pushing, pulling and spiralling, in relation to our own gravitational body and to the floor. We will listen to the time that each motion needs to take; our bodies constantly falling, our structures reshaping, reorganizing.
This class is a space to train together, observe and nourish each other.
