At the beginning of the classes, we try to combine the consciousness of our body in relationship with the
space, the floor and the energy of other students. We will pay attention to working with our own weight, the dynamic of the movement, which develops our balance and speed. On the basis of simple movement combinations we work on the release of energy, which helps to center our body. The class includes working with the floor, as well as combinations that explore the simplest rules of physics, compression and expansion.
