#The Kinesthetic Resonance
Let’s play with kinesthetic states. Can we train movement choices that arrive out of sensorial feedback? Combining improvisation with reactionary and perceptual training, (with some strength training thrown in to get sweaty and deepen skills) these classes are geared towards the professional dancer who is interested in training full body movement qualities through perceptual inquiry. We will work towards mapping the kinaesthetic body through sensory expansion. We will challenge our agility and reflexes. We will play with time and the detail of haptic qualities in movement. We will create explosions and listen to them resonate.
