# through movement
The workshop is an invitation to try, train, play and challenge yourself. We work with specific movement material, as well as exercises and training sequences, inspired by martial arts, fitness training and the search for the consciousness of our body. The movement material seeks to challenge physically through speed, the use of space, a powerful flow of energy, and acrobatic elements; as well as mentally through the use of isolation, unreliable coordination, and increased responsiveness.
