# magnetic body
The classes treat the body as an organic mechanism that articulates dynamic fluid dances. Participants will not deal with the form but with sensing the physical body where its extremities are integrated to its centre. Through improvisation tasks with an anatomical focus, they aim to increase kinaesthetic awareness and movement perception, studying inner and outer spacial connections of the body. Through proposed material we focus on moving with least effort possible though dynamic changes, manoeuvring and playing with physical forces. The material are focus on floor work and combinations of integrated limps to a strong centre. Elements such as movement flow, weight and floor level shifts with fast speed changes and bounce will be touched.
